Acknowledgement of Country

I acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land where I write and live, the Turrbul Peoples of Meanjin (Brisbane). I cherish the local bushland, parklands and waterways, where each day I find solace, strength and sanity.

I pay my respects to the elders past and present. My appreciation for Country and it's wisdom has been enriched by the teachings of Dr Miriam Rose Ungunmerr-Baumann, who has shared her knowledge freely with all.
